Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through:
- The Inspirational Clips website
- Lemon Squeezy (our secure third-party payment provider)
It covers annual subscriptions, monthly subscriptions, trials, and all related billing.
7-Day Free Trial
Eligibility: All new customers and potential customers are provided with a 7-day free trial.
No Charges During Trial: You will not be billed during the free trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid any charges.
Automatic Billing: If you do not cancel before the free trial expires, your chosen subscription plan (monthly or annual) will automatically begin.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee Only Applies to Annual Subscriptions:
If you have subscribed to our annual plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days after the free trial period ends.
Refund Process:
Submit your refund request through the our Web App.

Approval and Timeframe: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Monthly Subscriptions
No Money-Back Guarantee: Our “monthly” plan does not include a money-back guarantee.
Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the Web App or by contacting support. Your cancellation will take effect at the next billing cycle, and you will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for monthly subscriptions unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund Eligibility & Exceptions
- Outside the 14-Day Window (Annual): Refund requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee period will not be honored, unless exceptional circumstances apply and are approved by Inspirational Clips.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties preventing the use of our Service, we recommend contacting support for assistance and troubleshooting before requesting a refund.
- Account Misuse or Violations: Refunds will not be granted if your subscription is terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and/or terminate your account in accordance with our policies.

Check Your Statement:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Payments & Taxes
Payment Processor: Lemon Squeezy, the global eCommerce platform we use, handles all billing, invoicing, and tax compliance for your subscription. You may see a transaction descriptor on your credit card or bank statement referencing “LEMSQZY* INSPIRATIONAL” (or something similar to this).
Taxes: Any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, sales tax, etc.) are calculated during checkout. Refunds include taxes if they were originally charged on your transaction.
